Track Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

To track your order please enter your tracking number in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Your Energy Storage Power Supply order on Epowerbackup.com will take us 1-2 business days to process. Our hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 11:00 AM and ending at 7:00 PM (CST). If you place your order after 7:00 PM on a weekday, don’t worry, we will prioritize your order at 11:00 AM the next business day. However, if you order after 7:00 PM on Friday, your Energy Storage Power Supply will be processed at 11:00 AM on the following Monday.

Order Status Terms

Pending — Order received (unpaid)

Processing — Payment received (paid) and stock has been held; order is awaiting fulfillment at the warehouse.

Completed — Order fulfilled and complete – shipment tracking included.

Canceled — Canceled by our CS team or by the customer.
