Return Policy

We understand that choosing the right white noise sleep device is important for your sleep experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, we offer returns within 30 natural days after receipt.Our return conditions are as follows:

1) You have 30 natural days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 natural days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

2) Keep the white noise sleep equipment in original condition or with slight signs of use, no damage to the appearance, and no signs of human damage. (Except for damage or loss due to our error or shipping)

3) When returning the product, please return it in the original packaging. The instructions, power cord, warranty card and return label included in the package when signing for the product (the return label is included in the box of each white noise sleep device) must be sent back together with the return.

Return process:

1) If you decide to initiate a return within 30 natural days after signing for it, please contact our customer service Troyvon Young at [email protected] during our service hours.

2) Please return the white noise sleep device in its original packaging to: 319 N Zarzamora St, San Antonio, Texas, 78207. Please do not forget to include the return label in the original packaging so that we can process your return faster (the order number and reason for return should be noted on the return label).

3) After you ship the White Noise Sleep Device you want to return, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and include the shipping company name and tracking number. This allows us to follow up on your return order in a timely manner.

Once the returned white noise sleep device arrives at our warehouse, the refund process will begin.

4) We will refund the full amount and the $6 shipping fee you paid when placing the order within 1-2 business days. Return it to your account together.
Please note that the exact refund time will vary depending on the payment method you choose, so we appreciate your patience.

Return order processing time

Our return order processing time is 1-2 business days.

If your return order request is after 7:00pm Monday to Thursday, don’t worry, we will prioritize your order at 11:00am the next day.

If you request a return order after 7:00pm on Friday, we will start processing it on the following Monday at 11:00am.

Return shipping

– If you need to return our white noise sleep device due to quality problems (such as charging problems, failure to turn on normally, display failure, failure to connect to Bluetooth, incorrect indicator lights, transportation errors, etc.), don’t worry, the return shipping costs incurred will be borne by whitenoiseforbabys bear.

– If you want to return the product for personal reasons, such as taking the wrong photo or not liking our white noise sleep device after receiving it, we will still provide returns if there are no quality issues, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

About exchange

If you receive your white noise sleep device and want to return it due to quality problems or other reasons, you can also contact us within 30 natural days for an exchange. To ensure that your exchange goes smoothly, please meet the following conditions:

1) Please apply for exchange within 30 natural days after signing for the goods.

2) When sending back the white noise sleep device, please be sure to keep the original packaging and accessories, such as bubble wrap, instructions, power cord, warranty card, return label, etc.

3) We only support exchanges between white noise sleep devices of the same model, and each order can only be exchanged once, unless it is due to quality problems with our white noise sleep devices, such as charging problems, failure to turn on normally, failure to connect to Bluetooth or Monitor issues, etc.

The specific exchange process is as follows:

2) Please return the white noise that needs to be exchanged in the original packaging to 319 N Zarzamora St, San Antonio, Texas, 78207.

3) Once you have shipped the white noise sleep device you wish to exchange, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and include the shipping company name and tracking number.

4) Once we receive your sent white noise sleep device, we will send out the new white noise sleep device within 1-2 business days.

Exchange freight

– If our white noise sleep device has quality problems (such as charging problems, failure to turn on normally, display failure, failure to connect to Bluetooth, etc.) and the product needs to be replaced, don’t worry, whitenoiseforbabys.com will bear the return shipping costs for you.

– However, if you need to exchange an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the associated exchange shipping charges.

About refund time

1) If the refund is due to order cancellation, once the order is successfully canceled, we will return the full refund to your account within 1-2 business days.

2) If the refund is due to a return, once we receive your returned white noise sleep device, we will refund the full amount and the $6 shipping fee you paid when placing the order within 1-2 business days. Return it to your account together.

Do we charge a secondary listing fee?

We do not charge secondary listing fees.

Warranty Policy:

We insist on the quality of our white noise sleep device and provide a 6-month warranty after receipt, giving you peace of mind. Here are the details of our warranty policy:

The warranty covers repair or replacement of the White Noise Sleep Device due to problems arising from normal use at our sole discretion. It does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty process:

1) If you think your white noise sleep device is covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service Troyvon Young by sending an email to [email protected]. We may need you to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem with the white noise sleep device in the email. We will inform you of the corresponding solution and repair time via email within 24 hours.

2) If you agree with the plan in our email, please package and send your white noise sleep device back to 319 N Zarzamora St, San Antonio, Texas, 78207.

3) Once you have shipped your white noise sleep device that you wish to have covered under warranty, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and include the shipping company name and tracking number.

4) After receiving the white noise sleep device from you, we will send you an email of the product that has been repaired. Please check it carefully.

Warranty Claim Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us for warranty claim. If the problem is covered by warranty, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement item to you.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover consumable parts such as batteries. It also does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or unauthorized repairs.

Limit:

Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of white noise sleep equipment and does not cover any incidental or consequential damage.
