The white noise sleep device has no sound or the sound is weak:

1) Make sure the white noise sleep device is properly connected to the power supply.

2) Check the volume setting of the white noise sleep device and make sure the volume is adjusted to the appropriate level.

3) If the white noise sleep device uses batteries, please check whether the batteries are charged or replace the batteries.

The white noise sleep device makes abnormal noise or sounds

1) Check whether there are external interference sources, such as other electronic equipment or signal interference. Place the white noise sleep device away from these sources of interference.

2) Clean the speaker or audio output of the white noise sleep device to ensure that there is no dust or foreign matter affecting the sound quality.

The white noise sleep device cannot be started

1) Check whether the power cord is firmly connected.

2) If powered by a battery, please make sure the battery is installed correctly and has sufficient power.

The white noise sleep device cannot adjust the volume or settings

1) Make sure you are familiar with the device’s control interface. Some devices may require pressing specific buttons to adjust volume or change settings.

2) Check if the device has a screen display to make sure you can see the available setting options.

The white noise sleep device cannot connect to Bluetooth or other devices

1) Make sure the distance between the white noise sleep device and the Bluetooth device is within the effective range.

2) Restart the Bluetooth function and try to connect again.

The white noise sleep meter timer does not work properly

1) Check the device’s timer settings to ensure it is configured correctly.

2) If the device has programmable timers, make sure you have set them correctly according to the instructions.

How to check order information?

After the order payment is successful, you can easily check the latest status of the order in your account orders details.

If you need to cancel the order or adjust the order information, we regret that you can only make changes within the first hour after placing the order. This includes canceling the entire order, canceling part of the order, changing the address, modifying the delivery method, and adding, replacing or removing items from the order.

Please note that once more than 1 hour has elapsed, the order will begin to be packed and no modifications or cancellations will be possible at that time.
