Shipping location:

We currently only sell within the continental United States. 

All orders are shipped from our location at 319 N Zarzamora St, San Antonio, Texas, 78207. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

Order Processing Time:


Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare your white noise sleep device for shipment. During this time, we ensure that your order is accurately packed and ready for a swift dispatch.

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm CST.

If you place your order after 7:00pm Monday through Thursday, don’t worry, we will prioritize your order the next day at 11:00am.

If you place your order after 7:00 PM on Friday, your order for the White Noise Sleep Device will be processed starting at 11:00 AM on the following Monday.

Shipping Time:

Our standard shipping time is 1-2 business days. Please note that this is in addition to the order processing time. The total delivery time, from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep, is typically 2-4 business days.

If you do not receive our white noise sleep device within 4 business days, please contact our customer service staff Troyvon Young at [email protected]. We will reply to you within 24 hours and you can choose a refund. Or let us reissue a new white noise sleep device to you. We will contact the logistics company to return the original order.

Shipping Carrier:

We exclusively use DHL Express for shipping our products. DHL Express provides reliable and efficient delivery services to ensure your white noise sleep device reaches you promptly.

Shipping Cost:

The shipping cost for each order is a flat rate of $6. This fee covers the postage and ensures that your order is handled with the utmost care during transit.

Note: If there are multiple quantities of products in the same order, we will only charge one shipping fee.

Q1: What packaging will my white noise sleep device use?

A1: We will pack our white noise sleep device with special care before shipping. We securely wrap our white noise sleep equipment in bubble wrap or packing paper to provide a layer of protection from potential damage during shipping. 

Each package, in addition to the white noise sleep device you purchase, comes with a product description, power cord, warranty card, and return label.

To ensure that the white noise sleep device is in good condition and provides adequate protection during shipping, we use high-quality sealing tape to securely seal the box to ensure it remains closed during shipping.

Q2:How do I cancel my order?

A2:After the order payment is successful, you can easily check the latest status of the order in your account orders details.

If you need to cancel the order or adjust the order information, we regret that you can only make changes within the first hour after placing the order. This includes canceling the entire order, canceling part of the order, changing the address, modifying the delivery method, and adding, replacing or removing items from the order.

Please note that once more than 1 hour has elapsed, the order will begin to be packed and no modifications or cancellations will be possible at that time.

After the order is modified or canceled, we will send you an email confirming the change in order information, please pay attention to check it.

Once the order is successfully canceled, we will return the full refund to your account within 1-2 business days.
